How certification works

No self-declared CVs. No manual admin validation. An independent double confirmation: the only human intervention is dispute arbitration.

  1. Step 1

    The company publishes a project

    Official name, deliverables, duration, budget, client: then declares each expert who contributed, with role and bullets.

  2. Step 2

    Each expert confirms their contribution

    Invited by magic link or internal notification: confirm as-is, confirm with adjustments, or reject.

  3. Step 3

    The experience becomes certified

    It appears on the expert's public profile with a traceable link to the project page: and feeds every generated CV.
