The trust layer of urban development in Africa.
Companies publish the projects they carried out and declare their experts. Experts confirm their contribution. Only cross-confirmed experience gets the certified badge: like co-authors on ResearchGate.
- Certification source
- Cross-confirmation, never self-declaration
- Identity
- One permanent OX-XXXXXX professional ID
- CV export
- Harvard-MIT · AFD · World Bank formats
How certification works
No self-declared CVs. No manual admin validation. An independent double confirmation: the only human intervention is dispute arbitration.
-
Step 1
The company publishes a project
Official name, deliverables, duration, budget, client: then declares each expert who contributed, with role and bullets.
-
Step 2
Each expert confirms their contribution
Invited by magic link or internal notification: confirm as-is, confirm with adjustments, or reject.
-
Step 3
The experience becomes certified
It appears on the expert's public profile with a traceable link to the project page: and feeds every generated CV.
Certification statuses
Individual experts
Free account, permanent professional ID, a public profile that only lists cross-confirmed experience.
Companies & consulting firms
Publish projects, build certified teams, recruit on verified track records instead of unverifiable CVs.
Donors & national agencies
Strategic partners and data providers (World Bank, EU, AfDB, AFD) anchoring the sector's trust layer.
